8. Can I cancel my order?

Yes. If you wish to do so, you may cancel your order within seven days of receipt, and we will give you a full refund. This means you can try out the BackRack in the comfort of your home. You will be responsible for the cost of returning the goods to our warehouse if you decide to return the BackRack, which should be returned in its original packing.

9. What is your returns policy?
