1. Is
the backrack suitable for me?
In general, the backrack can be used by anyone. However, for a small number of conditions
(displayed by a tiny fraction of the population), the backrack should not be used. For
more details, please visit our section on Contraindications – this will explain who can, and can’t,
use the backrack. |

2. Should
I buy a small, or a large, backrack?
The following height restrictions should be observed:
- The small backrack is suitable for anyone between
1.55m and 1.75m tall (5' 1" to 5' 9").
- The large backrack is suitable for anyone between
1.75m and 2.00m tall (5' 9" to 6' 6").

3. How
much does the backrack cost?
UK £180 ($350; 240 Euros) plus delivery
(£20 in the UK).
Rest of the world: £180 plus £80 delivery.
If we compare this to osteopathy and/or chiropractic (for example), the cost is very
favourable. We also believe that our product is considerably more effective than either of
these two treatments. |

6. Is
your website secure?
Yes. We use WorldPay to process all of our transactions.
WorldPay is a subsidiary of The Royal Bank of Scotland Group – the 5th
largest banking group in the world. If you decide to make a purchase from us, you will be
redirected to a secure, WorldPay server. From this point on, all of your sensitive data
(such as your name, address, and credit or debit card details) are encrypted. For more

8. Can
I cancel my order?
Yes. If you wish to do so, you may cancel your order within seven days, and we will give
you a full refund. If you cancel your order after we’ve shipped it, delivery costs
cannot be refunded. We may also charge you for the cost of returning the goods to our
warehouse.
Note: We will make every effort to stop your delivery before it reaches you. In the
event that we are unable to do so, however, you will need to sign for the goods, and then
return them to us it within 30 days (subject to the returns

9.
What is your returns policy?
If you are not happy with the backrack, you can return it within 30 days of receipt and we
will give you a full refund. Please send your backrack to the following address, quoting
your name, e-mail address, and order reference number:

Note: For obvious reasons, we cannot refund the cost of delivery. Should you wish
to return your backrack, we recommend that you insure it against damage and/or loss during
transit – we cannot accept liability for either of these events. If you damage the
backrack (via deliberate misuse), we will not be able to give you a refund. Please
note that we will deduct a £50 administration charge from your refund. |

10.
Do you offer a warranty?
Yes.
The backrack comes with a two year warranty, covering poor workmanship. If, during this
period, you are unable to use the backrack due to its poor construction, we will offer a
full refund (including the cost of delivery), or a replacement. Note: If you damage
the backrack (through wilful and deliberate misuse), this offer is no longer valid. |
