Backrack
Introduction

The backrack is a clinical device designed to treat the causes, and hence the symptoms, of chronic back (and neck) pain. It is based on sound medical science and will successfully treat most forms of back pain.

The inventor (Mr B M Luklinski) is an expert in spinal rehabilitation, with over 30 years of clinical experience. He now practises orthopaedic medicine at his Back Pain Clinic in Harley Street, London. Review his Qualifications >>>

The rack itself is constructed from high-quality wood.

It consists of a number of lateral spindles, each of which carries two nodules – when viewed together, the nodules effectively lie on either side of a central channel.

Depending on your height, you will either need a large backrack (top), or a small one.

What does it do?

Patients are instructed to lie on the rack, in a central position, with their knees bent (as shown).

The spine rests in a neutral position.

In this position, the spine is physically suspended in the channel (mentioned above). The nodules push up under the joints of the back, and this allows the spine to lengthen. In effect, the spine is decompressed, reversing the effects of gravity (as well as injury, bad posture, and old age). The backrack therefore treats the causes of back pain; as a result, the symptoms, such as stiffness and muscular pain, are also treated.

Note
The backrack is based on the principles of orthopaedic medicine; as a result, the spine is decompressed in a safe and reliable manner. The spine is not subjected to any sudden movements. The backrack can be used at home and without supervision.

What are the benefits?

The backrack is (probably) the best product on the market for the treatment of back pain. Nothing else comes even remotely close. After using it for just a short period of time, you should expect to see:
  • Back pain and stiffness reduced
  • Flexibility increased
  • Muscular pain and tension relieved

You should also see an improvement in related symptoms, including sciatica; pins and needles (paraesthesia); and headaches. In fact, your health should improve considerably.

Although the backrack looks simple, the design is actually based on over 30 years of clinical experience. The backrack is patented in the UK (patent no. GB2333036), Europe, and in the USA. View backrack patent (PDF document).
